Our "You've got this program" is a personalized package to help new hires and their families feel at home in Berlin as soon as possible.

• Highly qualified, first-aid-certified baby sitters

  • A babysitter for the little ones every time parents have sessions.

• 2-week intensive German course​​​​​ for 2

  • Outings and field trips to become familiar with their surroundings and neighborhood while practicing the language in the real world.

  • Includes bespoke workshops and hands-on activities to boost confidence while speaking German.

  • Mo-Fri, 3 teaching units/session*

• 4-week German course for 2 ​​
  • ​Confidence building workshops
  • Twice a week, 2 teaching units/session​

• 2 sessions with an intercultural trainer to help understand the German culture​​​​

  • Example topics:

    • ​Potential conflicts with Germans

    • How to communicate and build relationships in Germany
